Our current governance process is as follows:

• Proposals are discussed in Discord
• First draft of a proposal is submitted to a dedicated Discord channel for comments
• Final proposal is voted on in Snapshot (1 vote per Blank NFT)
• Proposal is executed by the multi-sig (comprised of 9 council members)

For the time being, the council has veto rights over governance, in particular, if the community votes to do something that may create legal and/or tax liability for council members. We plan to progressively decentralize and move to on-chain governance if/when we find product market fit.
